Type of Service Provided

Clique Coffee Date provides programs for single adults to learn how to be more effective in being, meeting and attracting the opposite sex. The program will be tailored based on the client's profile and needs. The process includes but is not limited to the following:

• Personal consultation to determine the personal qualities and other criteria for an acceptable candidate;
• Registration of profile details to become part of CC's database;
• Pre-screening of dates;
• Searching and referring of suitable matches (not limited to database);
• Guaranteed minimum number of 1 to 1 introductions (please refer to Package details) set up by CC, customised according to Members' preferences (subject to CC's limitations);
• Follow up services inclusive of obtaining feedback;
• Where necessary, date coaching, advice and value added services to promote the success rate of matches and increase quality of events and dates (the “SERVICE”).

Clique Coffee Date will assess each single and tailor the program based on the client's profile and needs. The success program can either be: a coaching session and/or date arrangement.

Agree to Abide by Terms of Service Agreement

If you join as a member, CC provides the SERVICE to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the “TERMS”).

In addition, when using the SERVICE you and CC will be subject, effective upon notice to you whether by post or email, to any guidelines or rules (the “GUIDELINES”) applicable to the SERVICE which CC may communicate to you from time to time. The GUIDELINES shall be deemed part of the TERMS.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the SERVICE will be subject to the TERMS.

Eligibility: Minors and Married Persons May Not Become Members

If you become a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and single (“single” means either you are unmarried, widowed or divorced). A person is considered divorced if the final Court Order or its equivalent has been granted for the dissolution of the marriage.

Your membership for the SERVICE is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your Membership and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Disclaimer of Liability

CC is not liable to the users of the SERVICE for the conduct of or information provided by the other members of CC. Nor is CC responsible for any damage to a person arising out of the use of the SERVICE. The users and members acknowledge that they assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of the SERVICE.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand and agree that:

• CC makes no warranty that the SERVICE will meet your requirements and/or expectations and/or that any SERVICE provided by the company will lead to a successful match and/or resulting relationship.
• No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from CC through or from the SERVICE shall create any warranty not stated in the TERMS.
• CC cannot guarantee that each Member is at least the required minimum age or single, nor do we accept responsibility or liability for any content, communication or access of the SERVICE by persons under the age of 21 in violation of this AGREEMENT.
• It is possible that other members or users of the SERVICE may attempt to provide, disseminate, communicate or transmit offensive or obscene content and materials and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such content. If such an event occurs, CC does not and cannot accept responsibility or liability for such acts of others in violation of this AGREEMENT.
• It is also remotely possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the SERVICE, and that the recipient may use such information to harass and injure you. While CC will do its best to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information and membership data, CC is not responsible for the use of any confidential personal information inadvertently disclosed by CC, disclosed by CC as required by law, or disclosed by you while a member and/or while you use the SERVICE. Please carefully select the type of information you voluntarily disclose to other members and persons. CC specifically disclaims any and all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members and/or users (including unauthorized users and/or third parties) of the SERVICE.

Privacy

• CC will not share any information about you without your prior specific written consent other than in connection with the SERVICE and any verification checks done for background or marital status. For verification checks, the organization providing the verification service for CC will be provided with the basic necessary details about you in order to perform the service, and will also be obligated to CC to keep all information provided to them confidential and private.
• Members of CC will be provided only with general information and a description of yourself prior to the date/appointment. They would not be provided with your contact details or your photo unless you have given CC the permission to do so. Any information you give us that is not for display to other members will be kept strictly private.
• Your individual use of the SERVICE and your interaction with other members through CC will be kept strictly private, unless you give your prior specific written consent; provided, however, that CC may be required to disclose information relating to you to legal authorities if they have the proper authorization (such as a search warrant or court order).
• CC will not, at any time during and after the term of this AGREEMENT, sell or otherwise share your name, email address, or other personal information with any other non-CC owned or non-CC related business or marketing campaign without your written permission.
• We may share non-personal information with third parties, including service providers, relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, academic institutions, advisors, advertisers and investors, for business analysis, product development or research purposes.

PDPA

You expressly consent that CC may collect, obtain, store, disclose and process your personal data that is set out in your profiling form and/or provided by you during profiling sessions, and/or otherwise possessed by CC, for one or more of the purposes stated below:

• To the relevant governmental authorities or third parties for background and marital status checks or where required by law;
• For providing the services signed up for including but not limited to administration, membership servicing, matchmaking and consultancy;
• For sending Member marketing updates, invitations to events, information on new products and service offerings, promotions and updates including those from any of our related or linked businesses, any partnership arrangements and/or any recommended third-party businesses from us. If you wish to update or correct your data, you may at any time request to have access to your personal data that is stored by CC.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

We will only be able to collect your personal information if you voluntarily submit the information to us. If you choose not to submit your personal information to us or subsequently withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our Services. You may access and update your personal information submitted to us at any time as described below.

We may collect, use or share with third parties (including related companies, third party service providers, and third party organizations) your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:

• performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods and/or services requested by you;
• verifying your identity;
• responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from you;
• managing your relationship with us;
• processing payment or credit transactions;
• sending you materials from us, related companies or third party sellers about products and services from time to time. You can unsubscribe from receiving marketing information at any time by using the unsubscribe function within the electronic marketing material;
• complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
• any other purposes for which you have provided the information;
• transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third party service providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Vietnam or abroad, for research and the aforementioned purposes; and
• any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.

Withdrawal of Consent

The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain valid until such time it is withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request in writing or via email to us at the contact details provided below.

Please note that if you communicate your objection to our use and/or disclosure of your personal information for the purposes and in the manner stated above, depending on the nature of your objection, we may not be in a position to continue to provide our products or services to you or perform on any contract we have with you. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved in such event.

Retention of Personal Data

We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

Data Protection Officer

You may contact our Data Protection Officer if you have any enquiries or feedback on our personal data protection policies and procedures, or if you wish to make any request. Email us to submit your request.

Your Registration Information Must Be Accurate, Current and Complete

If you become a member, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your conduct and for the information you provide to CC or transmit to other members.
• You will not transmit to other members or employees of CC or the general public any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, religiously offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates other members' or CC employees' or CC's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Please notify CC in writing about conduct or material from other members which you believe infringes these rules. In the event you abuse or threaten employees of CC verbally and/or physically, CC reserves the right to take legal action against you.
• You will use the SERVICE in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not impersonate any person or entity.

Payment Policy & Strict No-Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

All fees, charges, and service payments arising from the registration, participation in, or use of any service, program, date arrangement, event, or product provided by CLIQUE CONNECTION COMPANY LIMITED (“CC”) must be paid in full prior to the provision of services. All payments shall be deemed service fees for the organization, administration, screening, consultation, and coordination of introductions, meetings, or social events. Such payments do not constitute payment for any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

• Finding a compatible partner
• Experiencing romantic or personal chemistry
• Forming a relationship
• Achieving any personal outcome

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to CC are expressly designated as NON-REFUNDABLE. By making payment, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

• The payment is made voluntarily and with full understanding;
• The User has read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions of CC;
• The User irrevocably and permanently waives any right to request refunds or financial reimbursement.

CC does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to find a compatible match
• Lack of chemistry
• Dissatisfaction with the experience
• Change of personal decision
• Failure to attend scheduled events or dates
• Early termination of participation
• Outcomes not meeting expectations
• Any other subjective or objective reason

All payments are deemed service fees for the provision of the SERVICE, and once services have been initiated, processed, or prepared, such fees cannot be refunded in any form.

3. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

The User agrees that initiating:

• Chargebacks
• Payment disputes
• Refund requests via banks, financial institutions, or payment gateways

for legitimate payments made to CC constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, CC reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate access to the SERVICE
• Deny future access to services
• Recover all associated costs, including banking fees, dispute fees, and legal expenses

4. Final Acknowledgement

By making payment and/or using the SERVICE, the User confirms that:

• They have read, fully understood, and agreed to this Policy;
• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement;
• The User has no right to claim refunds or financial compensation under any circumstances.
